Instructions
Begin by sitting on your heels.
Slowly fold forward, bringing your chest to your thighs and your forehead to the floor.
Place the arms alongside the body, palms facing up towards the ceiling.
To come out of the pose, use your hands to push the floor way and slowly roll up.
Modifications
Place the arms out in front of you, palms down.
Use a bolster or a block to support your head if it doesn’t reach the floor.
Separate the knees.
