Instructions
Stand tall, the feet at hip width or a little wider, facing forwards.
Ground the feet into the mat.
Interlace your fingers.
Inhale the arms up over the head, exhale swing the arms down & back behind you as you squat, keeping the heels on the floor.
Modifications
If you get dizzy, stop moving and either come to standing position or seated on the floor or in a chair.
