Instructions

  • Stand tall, the feet at hip width or a little wider, facing forwards.

  • Ground the feet into the mat.                                                               

  • Interlace your fingers.

  • Inhale the arms up over the head, exhale swing the arms down & back behind you as you squat, keeping the heels on the floor.

Modifications

  • If you get dizzy, stop moving and either come to standing position or seated on the floor or in a chair.

  • Weak heart, heart surgery

  • Abdominal problems

  • Knee injury

  • Shoulder injury

  • Spine
