Instructions
Stand with feet hip width apart.
Inhale arms up in front of you about shoulder height. Palms down or facing each other.
Draw shoulders down.
Exhale and bend your knees as if you were going to sit in a chair.
Keep thighs parallel to each other.
Look down to see your toes.
Take your left elbow to the outside of the right knee.
Press your palms together with elbow over elbow and shoulder over shoulder.
Repeat on the other side.
Inhale and stand back up.
