Instructions

  • Stand with feet hip width apart.

  • Inhale arms up in front of you about shoulder height.  Palms down or facing each other.

  • Draw shoulders down.

  • Exhale and bend your knees as if you were going to sit in a chair. 

  • Keep thighs parallel to each other.

  • Look down to see your toes.

  • Take your left elbow to the outside of the right knee.

  • Press your palms together with elbow over elbow and shoulder over shoulder.

  • Repeat on the other side.

  • Inhale and stand back up.
