Instructions

  • Begin by sitting on your heels.

  • Place a bolster on the floor in front of your knees.

  • Slowly fold forward, bringing your chest to the bolster.

  • Place the arms alongside the body.

  • To come out of the pose, use your hands to push the floor away and slowly roll up.
