Instructions

  • Sit on the edge of a blanket or cushion to allow the pelvis to tilt forward

  • Bring feet together and place blocks under each knee

  • Option to stay here or fold over your legs

  • Make sure you have enough props to support you - bolster, blocks, blanket

  • Let go of any holding

  • Take several breaths here 

  • Gently come back up and remove your props and return to a seated position

  • Take a few integrating breaths

Modifications

  • Blankets or blocks under outer thigh or knee

  • Make sure each support, whether a block or blanket, is the same height.

  • Groin injury

  • Knee injuries
