Eye Palming and Lion's Breath

Instructions
Eye Palming.
Begin with both hands cupping your eyes. Heel of each palm resting on the cheeks of the face. Fingertips resting on the forehead. Relax shoulders. Rest here for 1-2 minutes.
Eye Movements.
Begin with both eyes looking at imaginary clock. Eyes begin at 12 and then look to each hour coming back around to 12. Then begin with both eyes going counter-clockwise. Rest here for 1 minute.
Lion’s Breath.
Begin with inhale and then exhale while sticking tongue out and making sound of lion’s roar. Continue for 8-10 breaths. Rest here for 1 minute.
