Eye Palming and Lion's Breath

Instructions

  • Eye Palming.

  • Begin with both hands cupping your eyes.  Heel of each palm resting on the cheeks of the face.  Fingertips resting on the forehead. Relax shoulders. Rest here for 1-2 minutes.

  • Eye Movements.  

  • Begin with both eyes looking at imaginary clock.  Eyes begin at 12 and then look to each hour coming back around to 12.  Then begin with both eyes going counter-clockwise. Rest here for 1 minute.

  • Lion’s Breath.

  • Begin with inhale and then exhale while sticking tongue out and making sound of lion’s roar.  Continue for 8-10 breaths. Rest here for 1 minute.
