Instructions
Stand with feet hip width apart.
Bend your knees slightly and begin to lift left foot off the ground, feel the weight in the right leg.
Point your left toes and place leg across right leg, toes can rest on the ground or be a bit off the ground.
Stay here for your balance or take your left arm under your right arm and begin to bring left hand to right hand or wrist.
Balance on the right foot.
Repeat with right side.
