Instructions

  • Stand with feet hip width apart.

  • Bend your knees slightly and begin to lift left foot off the ground, feel the weight in the right leg.

  • Point your left toes and place leg across right leg, toes can rest on the ground or be a bit off the ground.

  • Stay here for your balance or take your left arm under your right arm and begin to bring left hand to right hand or wrist.

  • Balance on the right foot.

  • Repeat with right side.
