Instructions

  • Begin on hands and knees.

  • Bring the right leg in front so that it forms a 90 degree angle between the thigh and calf.

  • Left knee is on the floor.

  • Begin to take the left elbow and twist to the outside of the right knee.

  • Press the palms into each other.

  • Repeat on the other side.
