Instructions
Stand with feet hip width apart.
Shift weight onto your right foot.
Lift your left heel toward your left buttock as you bend the knee.
Press the right thigh back deep into the hip joint.
Pull the knee cap up to keep the right leg straight and strong.
Repeat on the other side.

Stand near wall or use chair for balance.
