Instructions

  • Stand with feet hip width apart.

  • Shift weight onto your right foot.

  • Lift your left heel toward your left buttock as you bend the knee.

  • Press the right thigh back deep into the hip joint.

  • Pull the knee cap up to keep the right leg straight and strong.

  • Repeat on the other side.

Modifications

  • Stand near wall or use chair for balance.
