Instructions
Find a comfortable seated position
Find a soft gaze with your eyes or allow them to close
Place right hand on your heart and let the left hand rest on your left knee
Begin by inhaling for a count of 4
Hold the breath in for a count of 4
Exhale for a count of 4
Hold the breath out for a count of 4
Continue for 7 rounds
Return to your natural breath
Integrating breaths
Modifications
Decrease or increase the count to what is comfortable for you.
