Instructions

  • Find a comfortable seated position

  • Find a soft gaze with your eyes or allow them to close

  • Place right hand on your heart and let the left hand rest on your left knee

  • Begin by inhaling for a count of 4

  • Hold the breath in for a count of 4

  • Exhale for a count of 4

  • Hold the breath out for a count of 4

  • Continue for 7 rounds 

  • Return to your natural breath

  • Integrating breaths

Modifications

  • Decrease or increase the count to what is comfortable for you.
