Instructions
Sit on a folded blanket or a bolster with both legs extended in front of you.
Fold forward over the legs, allowing your back to round.
To come out of the pose, use your hands to push the floor away and slowly roll up.
Lean back on your hands to release the hips and gently shake out the legs.
Modifications
Bend your knees and place a bolster underneath.
Rest your chest on a bolster.
