Lunge with Twist

Instructions

  • From lunge position twist the spine to one side.

  • Hook the elbow outside the knee.

  • Stack the shoulders on top of each other.

  • Inhale and elongate the spine and exhale take the twist slightly deeper.

  • Repeat on the other side.

Modifications

  • Place hand on block on the floor.

  • Knee issues
