Instructions

  • Stand with your feet together and find a comfortable position.

  • Spread your weight evenly lengthwise and widthwise through your feet.

  • Draw your kneecaps up and feel yourself growing tall.

  • Make the body long from the feet to the top of the head.

  • Nod head slightly forward to lengthen the back of the neck and tuck the chin slightly.

  • Have the arms just away from the body and by the side.
