Instructions

  • Begin on your back with knees bent and soles of the feet flat on the floor.

  • Extend arms on the floor and reach fingers toward heels.

  • Keep feet parallel. 

  • Press down into your feet and lift hips off the floor.

  • Slide yoga block under your back directly under your sacrum. Your arms can stay by your side on the floor.

  • Stay for several minutes.
