Instructions
Begin on your back with knees bent and soles of the feet flat on the floor.
Extend arms on the floor and reach fingers toward heels.
Keep feet parallel.
Press down into your feet and lift hips off the floor.
Slide yoga block under your back directly under your sacrum. Your arms can stay by your side on the floor.
Stay for several minutes.
