Instructions

  • Lying on your back, bring your arms out to the side with palms facing down in a t-position.

  • Exhale drop the right knee over to the left side of your body, twisting the spine and lower body.

  • Keep the shoulders flat to the floor.

  • Stay for 8-10 breaths.

  • Repeat on the other side.

Modifications

  • Blanket under knee to support it.
