Instructions
Lying on your back, bring your arms out to the side with palms facing down in a t-position.
Exhale drop the right knee over to the left side of your body, twisting the spine and lower body.
Keep the shoulders flat to the floor.
Stay for 8-10 breaths.
Repeat on the other side.

Blanket under knee to support it.
