Instructions
Inhale and exhale through your mouth.
On the next exhale pretend you are cleaning your glasses. That is the type of sound you want to make in the back of the throat. Eventually you will be able to do that with your mouth closed.
When you can control the throat on both the inhale and the exhale, close the mouth and begin breathing through the nose.
