Instructions
Stand with feet hip width apart and arms by your side.
Inhale and bring arms up as you press feet into the floor.
Exhale and reach arms to the right as you press feet into the floor creating a long side stretch.
Knit ribs together and shoulders away from your ears.
Inhale center and repeat to the left.
