Instructions

  • Stand with feet hip width apart and arms by your side.

  • Inhale and bring arms up as you press feet into the floor.

  • Exhale and reach arms to the right as you press feet into the floor creating a long side stretch.  

  • Knit ribs together and shoulders away from your ears.

  • Inhale center and repeat to the left.
