Instructions
Begin on hands and knees.
Knees under hips and hands under shoulders.
Spread out fingers on the floor.
Exhale and round your back up toward the ceiling, drop your head toward your chest and thighs toward the chest.
Inhale and begin to arch your back the opposite way. Lift head toward the ceiling and belly towards the floor.
Stay for 8- 10 breaths moving with the breath.
Modifications
Fists down instead of hands.
Extra padding under knees.
