Instructions

  • Begin on hands and knees.

  • Knees under hips and hands under shoulders.

  • Spread out fingers on the floor.

  • Exhale and round your back up toward the ceiling, drop your head toward your chest and thighs toward the chest.

  • Inhale and begin to arch your back the opposite way. Lift head toward the ceiling and belly towards the floor.

  • Stay for 8- 10 breaths moving with the breath.

Modifications

  • Fists down instead of hands.

  • Extra padding under knees.
