Instructions

  • Stand with feet hip width apart.

  • In one continuous movement raise arms up in front of body to shoulder height palms facing down taking a sip of air.

  • Then move arms out to sides parallel with the floor palms facing up taking another sip of air.

  • Move arms straight above head, palms facing each other taking another sip of air.

  • Rapidly lower arms in front, bending shoulders and head slightly forward and exhale forcefully through open mouth.

  • Repeat 8-10 times.
