Instructions
Stand with feet hip width apart.
In one continuous movement raise arms up in front of body to shoulder height palms facing down taking a sip of air.
Then move arms out to sides parallel with the floor palms facing up taking another sip of air.
Move arms straight above head, palms facing each other taking another sip of air.
Rapidly lower arms in front, bending shoulders and head slightly forward and exhale forcefully through open mouth.
Repeat 8-10 times.
