Instructions

  • Place a folded blanket near a wall. 

  • Move the hips as close to the wall as possible.

  • Walk the feet up the wall until the body is in an almost L-shaped position. 

  • Dragonfly variation - open legs into a v shape

Modifications

  • Thin pillow under the head

Contraindications

  • Eye conditions, such as glaucoma and detached retina 

  • Hiatal hernias or heart conditions

  • Women - menstruation

  • Serious neck issues

  • Serious back issues
