Instructions
Bring right leg back
1 foot distance widthwise for stability
2-3 feet distance lengthwise
Hips squared to the front of the mat
Back foot 45 degree angle or you can come up onto the ball of your foot
Bend your left knee so it is above the ankle
Bring fingertips to palm pads, thumbs facing up
Bring your right hand back as if you are pulling a bow
Bring left hand around and look out over left hand
Gently twist to a point that is right for your body
Take a few breaths here
On next exhale, come back to center
Repeat on other side

If you’re caring for your knees, be mindful not to bend the needs too deeply.
