Instructions

  • Begin by lying on your back with legs straight.  

  • Reach arms overhead and clasp hands or your elbows.

  • Keep buttocks on the floor and move your feet and upper body to the right.

  • Arch like a banana.

  • Try crossing the ankles.

  • Repeat on the other side.
