Instructions

  • Begin in table. Place a blanket under your knees.

  • Hips are directly above your knees.

  • Shoulders are directly above your wrists.

  • Extend your right leg up and back.

  • Bring your right foot out to the right.

  • Bring the foot back behind you and bring toes onto the floor to stretch the calf muscles.

  • Cross the right leg over the left and look over your left shoulder to look at the right foot.

  • Bring the foot back and bring the knee down and slowly switch sides.

  • Bring left leg up and back.

  • Bring left foot out to the left.

  • Bring the leg back behind you and bring toes onto the floor to stretch the calf muscles.

  • Cross the left leg over the right and look over your right shoulder to look at the left foot.

  • Bring the foot back and bring the knee down and slowly make your way back to a seated position.
