Instructions
Begin in table. Place a blanket under your knees.
Hips are directly above your knees.
Shoulders are directly above your wrists.
Extend your right leg up and back.
Bring your right foot out to the right.
Bring the foot back behind you and bring toes onto the floor to stretch the calf muscles.
Cross the right leg over the left and look over your left shoulder to look at the right foot.
Bring the foot back and bring the knee down and slowly switch sides.
Bring left leg up and back.
Bring left foot out to the left.
Bring the leg back behind you and bring toes onto the floor to stretch the calf muscles.
Cross the left leg over the right and look over your right shoulder to look at the left foot.
Bring the foot back and bring the knee down and slowly make your way back to a seated position.
