Instructions

  • Lay down onto your back.

  • Bring knees into chest.

  • Gently roll side to side.

  • Gently circle the knees, one direction, then reverse direction.

  • Keep right knee in and extend the left leg up towards the ceiling, use a strap if you need to.

  • Switch sides.

Modifications

  • Okay to place foot on the floor instead of having it in towards your chest. 

  • Use a strap
