Instructions
Lay down onto your back.
Bring knees into chest.
Gently roll side to side.
Gently circle the knees, one direction, then reverse direction.
Keep right knee in and extend the left leg up towards the ceiling, use a strap if you need to.
Switch sides.
Modifications
Okay to place foot on the floor instead of having it in towards your chest.
