Instructions
Sit in a comfortable meditation position.
Close the eyes if it is comfortable for you.
Extend the tongue outside the mouth and roll it so that it forms a tube. Inhale through the rolled tongue.
OR
Hold the teeth lightly together.
Separate the lips to expose the teeth.
The tongue can be kept flat or lightly touching the soft palate.
Inhale through the teeth.
At the end of the inhale, close the mouth.
Exhale slowly through the nose.
At the end of the inhalation, draw the tongue in, close the mouth and exhale through the nose.
