Instructions

  • Lie on your stomach with your forehead resting on the floor. 

  • Stretch both arms overhead palms down or along the body palms up.

  • Maintain this pose for 3-5 minutes.

  • To come out from the pose, press the hands into the floor moving hips back into child’s pose.
