Instructions

  • Stand with feet hip width apart.

  • Step back with right foot about 4 ft. Align front heel to back arch.

  • Lift arms out to the side palms down.

  • Grow tall.

  • Press into right foot, bend your left knee over your left foot.

  • Gaze over front hand. Turn the palm of your left hand to face the ceiling.

  • Inhale, lift your left arm up to the ceiling. At the same time lower your right hand and slide it down your right leg. Think about keeping length in both your side waists as you do so.

  • Bring feet back together and repeat with left foot back.
