Instructions

  • Start in child's pose.  Slide right leg back and out to the side hip height with knee in line with heel.  Knee at 90 degrees.

  • Take arms into goddess position (90 degrees at the shoulder and elbow), palms down.

  • Head can be supported by block or blanket. Head can turn to either side. Stay for 1-2 minutes.

  • Repeat on other side.
