Instructions
Start in child's pose. Slide right leg back and out to the side hip height with knee in line with heel. Knee at 90 degrees.
Take arms into goddess position (90 degrees at the shoulder and elbow), palms down.
Head can be supported by block or blanket. Head can turn to either side. Stay for 1-2 minutes.
Repeat on other side.
