Instructions

  • Begin on hands and knees.  

  • Step one foot between hands.  

  • Walk the front foot forward until the knee is right above the heel.  

  • Slide the back knee back as far as you can.  

  • Keep hands on either side of the front foot.

Modifications

  • Support back knee with blanket.

Contraindications

  • Be mindful if you have knee conditions.
