Instructions

  • Begin on your back.  

  • Bring knees into chest.

  • Place feet on the floor with knees bent.

  • Bring feet together like they are clapping.

  • Allow knees to fall open.

  • Stay 8-10 breaths.

Modifications

  • Support thighs on blocks or blankets

Contraindications

  • Hip issues
