Instructions

  • From a seated position, extend your left leg out to the side, as wide as is comfortable for you. Bend your right leg and bring your right foot against the inside of the left leg.

  • Use props - blanket underneath the knee, bolster on top of the leg

  • So you can rest over the bolster.

  • Gently come up out of the posture and transition to the other side.
