High Lunge

Instructions

  • From standing forward bend, on an exhale, bend your knees.

  • Place your hands on either side of your feet. 

  • Step your left foot back.

  • Stay on the ball of the left foot.

  • Take five breaths.

Modifications

  • Bring knee to floor.

  • Knee or ankle issues
