Instructions
Stand with your feet together or hips-width distance apart.
Spread your weight evenly lengthwise and widthwise through your feet.
Make the body long from the feet to the top of the head.
Nod head slightly forward to lengthen the back of the neck and tuck the chin slightly.
Place your arms slightly away from the body and by your sides.
Take five breaths.
From mountain, on an inhale, bring your hands up overhead.
Take five breaths.
