Instructions
Stand with feet hip width apart.
Step back with right foot about 4 ft. Align front heel to back arch.
Lift arms out to the side palms down.
Grow tall.
Press into right foot, bend your left knee over your left foot.
Gaze over front hand.
Bring feet back together and repeat with left foot back.
