Instructions

  • Begin on your back, knees into chest.

  • Find your right foot or calf with your right hand and left foot with your left hand. 

  • Open bent knees slightly wider than your torso, and bring knees down toward your armpits.

  • Shins are perpendicular to the floor, ankles over the knees.
