Eagle Arms
Take right arm and bend elbow 90 degrees in front of you.
Take left arm and weave it under the right arm trying to have the hands meet.
If hands do not meet hold onto a part of the right arm so that you can feel a stretch through the shoulders.
Cow Face
Take right arm behind your back and begin to inch the fingers up the back toward the shoulder blade.
Take left arm over the left shoulder and try to meet the right hand.
If hands don’t meet use a strap or towel.
Interlace Hands
Take the two hands and interlace fingers.
Reach out to the front of the body.
Stay 8-10 breaths.
Reach out to the back of the body.
Stay 8-10 breaths.
