Instructions

  • Eagle Arms

  • Take right arm and bend elbow 90 degrees in front of you.

  • Take left arm and weave it under the right arm trying to have the hands meet.

  • If hands do not meet hold onto a part of the right arm so that you can feel a stretch through the shoulders.

  • Cow Face 

  • Take right arm behind your back and begin to inch the fingers up the back toward the shoulder blade.

  • Take left arm over the left shoulder and try to meet the right hand.

  • If hands don’t meet use a strap or towel.

  • Interlace Hands

  • Take the two hands and interlace fingers.

  • Reach out to the front of the body.

  • Stay 8-10 breaths.

  • Reach out to the back of the body.

  • Stay 8-10 breaths.
