Instructions
Sit comfortably in a chair or on the floor.
Place your hands in your lap.
Close your eyes if that’s comfortable for you or have a soft gaze.
Repeat your mantra out loud or in your mind as you inhale and as you exhale.
Sit for 5 to 20 minutes.
If you find your mind wandering, return to your mantra without judgment.
After you finish your designated meditation time, take notice of how you feel for a minute or two.
