Instructions

  • Begin in tabletop pose knees under hips, hands under shoulders.  

  • Inhale to reach your right arm up to the sky and exhale to bring your right arm under your left arm and torso.

  • Lower your right shoulder and ear towards the ground.

  • Keep equal weight in your knees with feet straight out behind you.

  • Stay for 8-10 breaths.

  • Repeat on the other side.
