Instructions
Begin in tabletop pose knees under hips, hands under shoulders.
Inhale to reach your right arm up to the sky and exhale to bring your right arm under your left arm and torso.
Lower your right shoulder and ear towards the ground.
Keep equal weight in your knees with feet straight out behind you.
Stay for 8-10 breaths.
Repeat on the other side.
