Instructions
Sit with legs extended out in front.
Take right leg and with knee bent cross it over the left leg.
Take left arm and place left elbow outside of right knee creating a seal between the left arm and the right knee.
Inhale and lengthen from sitting bones to top of head.
Exhale and turn belly, ribs, chest, shoulders, and head towards the right.
Stay here breathing for 8-10 breaths.
Return to center and repeat on the left side.
