Instructions
Begin standing and start to circle left ankle with toes on the floor. Repeat in both directions.
Start to circle right ankle with toes on the floor. Repeat in both directions.
Hands on knees and circle knees to the right and then to the left. 8-10 times in each direction.
Hands on hips and circle hips in both directions 8-10 times.
Shoulder shrugs.
Clasp hands in front of you. Make figure eights with the wrists 8-10 to the right and repeat to the left.
Shoulder circles front and back.
Hands on head with elbows bent. Circle elbows back and then forward.
Circle nose to the left and then to the right. 8-10 times.
Hands on thighs and bend knees arch back and bring chest towards the floor and then round the back and return to stand. Repeat 8-10 times.
Hands on thighs and round back head down towards the floor and then arch back up. Repeat 8-10 times.
