Our Wellness Library is a free online resource filled with short video-, audio-, and text-based wellness strategies from the disciplines of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. New content is added regularly.

All of the activities are designed by experienced, trained instructors and educators. Activities can be done by anyone anywhere. Even if you’re new to all of these disciplines, you can do this with no training, special equipment, or studio.

If you’re new to all of these activities, you may want to start with Areas to Fill My Cup. Think about what places you feel like you need to build in your body, mind, and spirit, and then choose an area and explore those strategies. These short, self-care strategies can give you regular practices that you can use personally and share with others, including your fellow educators, learners, family, and friends.

The strategies are organized by Discipline (yoga, mindfulness, meditation, Qigong, etc), Yoga Style (Yin, Restorative, Hatha, etc), Areas to Fill My Cup (strength, stability, courage, etc), and Emotional Support. Use the links below to jump to these options on this page.
