ABOUT CARMIE
Carmie spent her formative years working at a video store in downtown Portland. She fell in love with humanity there and in watching people’s faces light up when they talk about what they love. She is a student of Jacqui Bonwell’s Sacred Seeds Yoga School. Carmie became a yoga teacher to bring others some ease as they pursued things that make them happy. Her passion is making yoga teachings accessible to others.
